Announcing The Pseudo Effect Suite

I'm excited to announce the Pseudo Effect Suite, which will be available on August 12th!

Pseudo Effects have always been a useful tool for anyone who creates or uses presets. They allow you combine a preset with a custom control so that everything is organized and user friendly.

The big problem with pseudo effects is that they can be a pain to install, requiring you to edit XML in your system files, otherwise you get "Missing" warnings and errors when the preset is applied.

The Pseudo Effect Suite aims to get rid of the hassles and make creating, sharing and installing pseudo effects easy. The suite consists of three programs:

The Custom Controls Creator is an update to the Pseudo Effects Creator that is currently available at BatchFrame.com. The new version has many more features as well as a more responsive design area.

The Pseudo Effect Builder is where developers can combine their preset, control XML and other information into a single file.

The Pseudo Effect Installer allows you to install one or more pseudo effects with a single click. It automatically updates the xml, installs and organizes your presets and even can help keep your pseudo effects up to date.

The Pseudo Effect Installer and the Custom Controls Creator will be free to use. The Pseudo Effect Builder will have a $15 purchase price.

More details about the Pseudo Effect Suite coming soon...
